New Partner for Mishcon de Reya’s Corporate Commercial Department

Mishcon de Reya is delighted to announce the appointment of new partner, Luke Morris, to the banking group of the Firm's Corporate Commercial Department.

Luke joins the Firm from the Debt Finance Group of Macfarlanes. Luke has extensive experience in acquisition finance transactions, acting predominately for a wide range of private equity sponsors and various arrangers of acquisition finance.  He also advises in connection with general debt finance matters including refinancings, recapitalisations and structuring, security and subordination issues.

Richard Tyler, Head of the Firm’s Corporate Commercial Department says: "This latest appointment reflects the significant growth witnessed by our corporate team in recent years.  In the last two years alone this has increased by over 30%.  The addition of Luke, a first class lawyer with a wealth of experience in acquisition finance, will undoubtedly strengthen our ability to meet our clients’ growing needs in this area”.
