Mishcon de Reya advises existing client Amteus plc

Mishcon de Reya has advised existing client Amteus plc, the provider of private and secure IP based business communications software, on its £3.5 million secondary fundraising on AIM. The Firm also advised Amteus on its AIM flotation in January 2006. The net proceeds from the secondary placing will be applied towards, inter alia, the product launch of Amteus' private and secure instant messaging product.
Corporate Partners Ross Bryson and Kevin McCarthy led the team assisted by Alice Galbraith and Craig Timmis.
Nabarro Nathanson advised John East & Partners who were the nominated adviser and broker.
Dealings in the new shares commenced on 14 March 2007.
