Mishcon de Reya advised The Asset Factor Limited, Helical Bar’s outsourcing arm, on its joint venture with Avanta Managed Offices in relation to a new serviced office at Dukesbridge House.
The Asset Factor was founded by Helical Bar and ex-Carillion man Oliver Jones, the founding member of Trillium, Matthew Punshon and the former Lend Lease chief executive, Keith Perry.
The Mishcon de Reya team was led by Corporate Partner, Nick Davis and assisted by Corporate Assistant, Mark Hirschfield.
Deal Completion Date: 21 December 2006.
