Mishcon de Reya advises Rookwith Limited on the purchase of a City property

Mishcon de Reya has advised Rookwith Limited on the purchase of a City property for £72million. 

The property 27-35 Poultry is the Grade I listed former headquarters of Midland Bank, which was featured in the 1964 James Bond film Goldfinger.   

The Mishcon de Reya team headed by Real Estate partners Philip Freedman and Nick Doffman exchanged contracts from a standing start in an impressive 12 hours.
