Mishcon de Reya advises Anette Rayner and Errol Cossey on the £20 million sale of the entire issued share capital of The Airline Seat Company Limited, to Transat Europe Limited.

The Airline Seat Company Limited specialises in UK-Canada flights and is one of Britain's largest tour operators.
