Mishcon de Reya acted for Teather & Greenwood Limited (Nomad and broker) on the £5.25 million placing on behalf of Telephonetics plc, the AIM listed UK-based advanced speech recognition ('ASR') and computer telephony group. Dealings commenced today.
The placing proceeds will partly fund the cash element of the company's £11.9 million acquisition of Voice Integrated Products Limited, a privately owned ASR and computer telephony company.
Corporate Partner Ross Bryson led the team assisted by IP Partner Conan Chitham, Senior Assistant Karl Huckle and Paralegal Craig Timmis.
Taylor Wessing were lawyers to the Company and BDO Stoy Hayward LLP the Reporting Accountants.
