Mishcon de Reya advises two of the four founder shareholders of PartyGaming plc on the sale of a percentage of their initial share holding in the Company as part of a placing, which raised circa £220 Million.
PartyGaming plc is the worlds biggest online gaming group who last year floated for £4.64 billion on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
Head of Betting & Gaming Susan Breen once again led the Mishcon de Reya team assisted by Senior Assistant Louise Farrant and Assistant Simon Nicholls.
Macfarlanes represented the other founding selling shareholders and Linklaters advised Dresdner Bank AG.
