Mishcon de Reya advises O&H Properties Limited on three investment acquisitions

In the last month, Mishcon de Reya has completed three investment acquisitions for leading private property group O&H Properties Limited, at a combined consideration of £28,285,000. The acquisitions included Mellier House, Albemarle Street, London W1 adding to O&H's extensive portfolio of UK investment and development projects. 

Property partner Daniel Lipman led the Mishcon de Reya team, assisted by senior associate Deirdre Hennessy, and senior assistant John England.

Within the last month Mishcon de Reya has also acted for O&H on its joint venture purchase alongside GE Real Estate of a landmark building, The Ark, Hammersmith, West London from Deka for £49.5 million. Property Partner Daniel Lipman and Corporate Partner Richard Tyler led the Mishcon de Reya team.
