Mishcon acts for Claudia Schiffer in Protection of Endorsement

Mishcon de Reya acted for Claudia Schiffer in a dispute over an un-authorised use of the super-model's endorsement of a cook book written by her former chef.
Mishcon de Reya's Karen Sanig commented "protection of Claudia's endorsement rights is essential because she has commercial agreements in place, which prohibit any unauthorised exploitation of them."
The cook book has been withdrawn by the publisher.
