Capital and Counties Properties plc group reorganisation

Mishcon's Corporate and Real Estate Departments advised Capital and Counties Properties plc (Capco) on a complicated group reorganisation. Earlier this year, Capco made a planning application for the redevelopment of the Earls Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area, which has a total estimated value of £8 billion. The reorganisation was undertaken with a view to simplify the Capco group prior to the proposed redevelopment.

Mishcon advised on establishing limited partnership structures, reviewing and reporting on the titles of various properties and advising on the transferring such properties within the Capco group.
