The Business Approach to Dilapidations

On Wednesday 9 May 2011 Mishcon de Reya played host to around 100 property sector guests for a masterclass on The Business Approach to Dilapidations. The event was co-hosted with Property Week, Wilberforce Chambers and Dilaps UK. The subject of dilapidations is increasingly a flashpoint between landlords and tenants, and the unusual market conditions call for a new and more business-like approach. With reference to a modern case study, our panel highlighted valuable tricks of the trade which enable landlords and tenants to reduce the time and costs involved in resolving these disputes.
