This event will provide ILM members and other relevant parties with an update on key legal developments affecting the legacy, probate and charities sector.

Presentations and discussions will centre on a number of topics including proprietary estoppel, minimising the risk of fraud, reputation protection and art law. Presentations on these topics will be given by legal experts at Mishcon de Reya as well as prominent industry practitioners.

This event will be of interest to representatives of charities. The fee, payable to the ILM, to attend the seminar will be £90 for ILM members and £110 for non ILM members.
