Having in place the most up-to-date IT systems gives recruitment services businesses the competitive edge. So, if your new IT system does not deliver what you expect, or goes over budget, you face a serious problem. Even worse, meltdown of your IT systems may jeopardise your business. Many of these problems stem from inadequate contracts, so keeping pace with legal developments in the IT contracting arena is critical for the recruitment services industry.
Following its hugely successful series of legal workshops on data theft and unfair competition and employment law, Mishcon de Reya’s Recruitment Services Group, in association with the REC and Recruiting Magazine, is delighted to invite you to this one hour morning session. At the seminar we will provide practical legal tips to help underpin the success of your IT projects, and to ensure that your business is not caught out by systems that do not perform or by an implementation going over budget.
The morning seminar will be led by Kiran Sandford, who is a member of Mishcon de Reya’s Recruitment Services Group and is recognised as a leading expert in IT law. It will be of interest to everybody involved in making IT a successful element in today’s recruitment services businesses, including CEOs, Finance Directors, IT Directors, other board members, in-house lawyers, members of the management team and senior members of the IT department.
