Mishcon de Reya will be hosting an insolvency seminar which will focus on key issues relevant to the insolvency market.

The seminar will look at the latest developments including the new LLP regime, asset recoveries, professional negligence claims and optimising your legal spend. Other issues to be discussed include the latest developments in litigation funding and ATE insurance, and insolvency matters concerning the financial services industry.

This event will take place at Mishcon de Reya on Thursday 9 December 2010. Registration will commence from 5:15pm with the seminar running from 5:30-7:00pm.
