Trends/Practice
In research conducted by Eversheds, 1 in 6 companies admitted that they will sack temporary workers after 11 weeks to avoid giving them the same pay and holiday as permanent staff when the Agency Workers Regulations come into force.

The final guidance on the Agency Workers Regulations 2010 has been published by the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills and is available on the Department’s website.
