Home Office - new Immigration schedule of fees

Immigration
February 2007

On 7 March 2007, the Home Office published an announcement proposing new rates for various immigration and immigration-related services.

In the announcement, the Home Office indicates that the new fee schedule is based on a Consultation paper on a "New Charging Regime for Immigration & Nationality Fees", which ran from 30 October to 22 December last year.

While these fees are listed as "proposed," it appears that this time they will become effective in identical or very nearly similar form as set out below from 1 April 2007.
