Small businesses "overlooking" LLP structure

Mishcon de Reya said there is a “lack of knowledge” among entrepreneurs about how an LLP structure can benefit people-based organisations of all sizes.

In a survey of businesses with various legal structures, 90pc of respondents said they have not reassessed the structure of their business since formation. Of those that have, the majority said they have never considered a limited liability partnership (LLP) as an option.
