Eversheds and Mishcon de Reya both took leading parts in the £305m sale of the Rolls Building to Legal & General Property (L&G).

Mishcon de Reya advised the joint venture as sellers. Real estate partner Nick Minkoff led on the deal for Mishcon, with Forsters’ commercial property partner Sophie Hamilton providing final sign off for the parties.
