Probate Administrative Assistant/Legal Executive
Mishcon de Reya is looking to recruit an experienced Probate Administrative Assistant/Legal Executive to provide full Legal Assistant/PA support to a Partner and two busy Solicitors within the Tax & Wealth Planning Group.
The ideal candidate will be well organised and highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills, fast and accurate typing speeds and a positive and proactive approach. This role would suit someone who is studying for CILEX and is looking for a step up or a Paralegal looking to get into this area of law. The role has a considerable emphasis on the admin side and you will be expected to handle volume email and extensive filing.
The successful candidate will be committed to a long-term career in this area of law and will be looking to expand their expertise and to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the high-level work carried out by the Tax & Wealth Planning Group.
Prospective applicants will have at least three years' experience of working in a Private Client or Probate department.
