In this issue... as the theme of this edition of Property Matters! suggests, the market place is pretty much undecided as to exactly where we are in the economic cycle and when recovery will begin. On the positive side, a recession encourages innovation and, as we hope we have demonstrated in this newsletter, we continue to be at the forefront of this new thinking and the creation of new products.
