Expertise
Mark Hirschfield has experience in corporate finance as well as general M&A transactions working with a range of clients primarily in the internet and property sectors. Mark has also been actively involved in the Firm's Israel Desk, principally working in the areas of AIM listings and pre-IPO financing deals for Israeli based clients.
During his years working as a full time transactional lawyer at the Firm, Mark developed a reputation for being a highly entrepreneurial internet lawyer. He also was part of the Firm’s Betting and Gaming Group, which carried out many of the industry's landmark online gaming M&A and IPO transactions.
In addition to remaining a Business Consultant at Mishcon de Reya, Mark currently holds directorships in a number of online businesses, primarily in the online advertising sector and other directorships in the property and food retail sectors.
