Expertise
Susan Breen is an expert in corporate finance and M&A law. She advises corporates, entrepreneurs and corporate finance intermediaries on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers, flotations, financings and corporate re-organisations (including strategic joint ventures).
Susan’s experience is international in scope and spans a wide range of sectors. She is head of the Mishcon de Reya’s Betting and Gaming Group and chairs the multi-disciplinary team advising land-based and interactive gaming clients of the Firm.
Susan also advises banks, venture capitalists and borrowers on financing and lending prospects as well as on corporate recovery situations for lenders and insolvency practitioners.

- Advised two of the founders on the £4.64 billion IPO of Party Gaming plc.
- Advised the owners of mysportsbook.com on its $40 million sale to Sportingbet plc.
- Advised the management team on the debt and equity financed MBO of Hammer plc.
