Daniel was recruited from Berwin Leighton Paisner and specialises in all aspects of commercial property investment and development with particular emphasis on tax driven investment structures for quoted and private property companies and funds. He also acts for banks on a variety of property finance transactions.
Work Experience
Daniel's property company clients include Earls Court and Olympia Group. A recent highlight was the OpCo/ProCo structured acquisition of the Chiswell Street Brewery and subsequent disposals to Aparthotel operator Guestinvest and to Matrix Group by way of a sale and leaseback. He also acts for AIM listed pub portfolio owner, London Town plc, O&H Properties and many other property companies, funds and lenders.
Daniel recently advised London Town plc on its £110 million acquisition of a portfolio of over 200 pubs from Save Investments Limited, a company controlled by Petchey Holdings Plc and has also recently advised Bank of Ireland on a £151 million residential development club facility for City & Docklands Property Group.
