Expertise
Ronald has wide experience in all types of real estate law, particularly in the areas of residential and commercial development. He leads the Firm's Urban Regeneration Group of real estate, construction and planning lawyers, and has advised on a number of major schemes, including some which have changed the face of Central London such as the redevelopment of County Hall; Gargoyle Wharf, Wandsworth Bridge; and the first scheme to receive planning permission in the regeneration of Paddington Basin.
