Adam Gross specialises in property litigation. He has acted for property investment companies, large corporate bodies, retailers, smaller property owning companies and high net worth individuals. Much of his work has involved national property portfolios advising on a variety of issues.
Adam is experienced in the contentious side of business lease renewals (both unopposed and opposed); dilapidations; property management issues such as recovery of arrears, consents, quiet enjoyment and trespass claims.
