James is happy to act in relation to conventional sale, purchase and refinancing transactions as well as more complex deals involving shared ownership, auction sales, portfolio purchases, tenancy and planning issues. James also has considerable experience working with lenders on joint venture schemes and completing high value loans over residential properties.
