His work includes business rescue and reconstruction; business and asset disposals and acquisitions; tracing and recovery of assets, insolvency and recovery litigation, compliance and professional issues and advising on the conduct of estates.
Mike’s specialisation is ‘problem solving’ and as such has a colourful background in some of the most unusual insolvent and quasi insolvency matters during the last 20 years, in addition to his wide ranging general insolvency practice.
