Clive specialises in funds including hedge funds, investment funds, unit trusts and partnerships and the re-organisation of funds and investment vehicles. He advises investment managers, investors and administrators of funds.
Clive worked in the Cayman Islands for almost 5 years where he was involved in establishing a variety of funds and investment vehicles with distinct investment objectives and strategies including long-short hedge funds, private equity funds, property funds and arbitrage funds. Structures included master-feeder and umbrella structures and investment platforms.
