Emma has a broad litigation practice. She specialises in advising corporates and individuals on reputation management issues, including defamation, breach of confidence and invasion of privacy. She provides claimants and defendants with pre- and post-publication advice and is experienced in new media and Internet-related issues. She has experience of general commercial litigation in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
