Emma Macintyre specialises in property litigation. She has worked for a variety of clients including retailers, large corporate bodies, public sector clients, universities/colleges and smaller property owning companies. Much of her work has involved national property portfolios advising on a variety of issues.
Emma is experienced in the contentious side of business lease renewals (both unopposed and opposed); dilapidations; property management issues such as recovery of arrears, service charge disputes, consents, rent review, quiet enjoyment; trespass claims; easements and adverse possession.
Emma has been recommended in Chambers and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
