Philippa specialises in substantial corporate and commercial fraud cases, often with a multi-jurisdictional element. She has particular expertise in claims involving diversion of business opportunities and breach of fiduciary duty and is experienced in obtaining injunctive relief including freezing orders and multi-site search orders.
Philippa has also worked on a wide variety of general commercial disputes including partnership disputes, contractual disputes and professional negligence claims and has acted for corporate clients from a range of sectors as well as high net worth individuals. She has also represented clients in alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation.
