Key Experience and Clients
- Advised Lesley Steinitz, Andy Heather, Jeff Carson and Susan Carson on the sale of their shares in Picdar Group Limited (a provider of Digital Workflow and Asset Management solutions to newspapers and magazines) to NStein Technologies Inc. (February 2008)
- Advised ArgentVive plc, the AIM-quoted e-commerce group, on its £4.2 million secondary fundraising and acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Solcara Limited. (December 2007)
- Advised Kudu Fund Limited on its re-naming and restructuring, including the replacement of its investment manager, the creation of a new class of shares in the Fund, its listing on the Irish Stock Exchange and the creation of a new US feeder fund
- Advised on the establishment and listing on the Irish Stock Exchange of the Wessex Global Water Fund, a hedge fund specialising in water-related investments worldwide.
