Rachael is a dual qualified (England and New Zealand) planning specialist who advises on all planning matters for a wide range of public and private sector projects including major residential, mixed use, urban regeneration and office schemes.

She has previously worked for two London local authorities and one of New Zealand's largest law firms where she acted for developers on large residential and urban regeneration projects and a variety of clients including the state highway network provider, utility companies, airports and waste companies. 

She has experience in dealing with s106 agreements, planning applications, appeals, highways agreements, road closure orders, listed buildings and conservation areas, as well as planning and environmental aspects of major property and corporate transactions.
