Shika is experienced in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and funds having acted on transactions across a wide range of sectors for public and private companies both in the UK and overseas.

Key Experience and Clients

Advised existing client, Yatra Capital Limited on its successful placing of new ordinary shares, raising gross proceeds of approximately €120 million. The limited liability company was incorporated and established as a listed fund in Jersey with a listing on Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam N.V.
Re-naming and restructuring the Kudu Fund Limited (formerly Clareville Capital Temple Fund), including the replacement of its investment manager, the creation of a new class of shares in the Fund, its listing on the Irish Stock Exchange and advice in respect of the creation of a new US feeder fund.
Establishment and listing on the Irish Stock Exchange of the Wessex Global Water Fund, a hedge fund specialising in water related investments worldwide.
Admission to AIM and placing of €135 million shares in the capital of IFR Capital plc, a company established as an acquisition platform to target small and mid-sized businesses in the continental European food industry.
Admission to AIM, dual listing on the Channel Island Stock Exchange and placing of €100 million shares in the capital of ACP Mezzanine plc.
Advice to management team (backed by Credit Suisse), on a management buy-in of Park Finance Holdings Limited.
Advice to founder majority shareholders on a £20 million sale of the share capital of The Airline Seat Company Limited to Transat Europe Limited.
