Daniel is a partner and head of Property Litigation. He specialises in complex property disputes and a wide variety of landlord and tenant, real property and insolvency matters. His expertise ranges from property management issues, dilapidations, development disputes, consents, service charge disputes, rent reviews, lease renewals and Disability Discrimination Act disputes, to emergency injunctions, restraint of protestors and trespassers and disputes concerning outsourcing agreements.
Professional Memberships
Daniel is a founder member of the Property Litigation Association and sits on its Executive Committee. He is also a member of the RICS Dilapidations Forum.
