Expertise
Nick Doffman has many years experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property with particular expertise in the structuring of complex real estate acquisitions and sales. Many of his transactions involve the setting up of property trusts and tax schemes. He also has expertise in landlord and tenant and development matters. His extensive client base includes a number of well-known entrepreneurial property companies including internationally renowned events venue company Earls Court & Olympia Group, David Pearl's Structadene Limited , O&H Properties, Commercial Estates Group and Mansford Holdings all of whom welcome his proactive approach.
Nick also spearheaded the formation and growth of Mishcon de Reya’s established Retail and Leisure group. This specialist team acts for a range of retailers, restaurateurs and leisure operators including Holmes Place Plc, Dinh Van and Paul & Joe.
