- Acted for Peugeot as the Defendant to a lengthy piece of commercial litigation which culminated in a 7 day trial in the Bristol Mercantile Court.
- Acted for a group of retired miners in securing a settlement which ensured that they would not lose their homes as a result of a failed application to the High Court by their former solicitors.
