Danny Davis specialises in insolvency. He advises administrators, liquidators, receivers and supervisors of arrangements on both contentious and non-contentious matters. He also advises bankruptcy trustees and several large creditors.
Danny’s expertise covers all insolvency situations as well as the maximisation of business recovery. His experience also benefits directors of live trading companies and those facing disqualification proceedings from liquidators or the Department of Trade & Industry.
He is currently working on several large investigations.
